  • Shipping & Delivery

    All shipments are F.O.B shipping point. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday and in most cases the order will ship the same day if the order is received before 3:00 PM PST (for selected carriers). Shipping method, in most cases, is the customer's choice. Any disputed shipping charges billed to a customer account or consignee billing will be charged to the customer by Lyne. Delivery times are estimates only and Lyne shall not be liable for delays.

    APO and FPO shipments will be routed Priority Mail Insured, with a maximum size of 108 inches (length plus girth) and a maximum weight of 70 pounds. For faster delivery, specify Express Mail (includes $100 insurance)

    Common Carrier Truck - Large items, heavy loads and special handling can be shipped economically via common carrier truck. Any shipment weighing less than 100 pounds will be charged at the minimum 100-pound rate as specified by truck carriers.

    Common Freight Carriers - DHL, Emery, Federal Express, Roadway Express, UPS, U.S. Postal Service. Shipping via other freight carriers must be coordinated with your Lyne sales representative.

    UPS Next Day AM - should be delivered by 8:00 AM in the contiguous 48 states; 8:30 AM in Anchorage, Alaska. Delivery times are estimates only and Lyne Corp. shall not be liable for delays.

    UPS Next Day - should be delivered by 10:30 AM, 12:00 Noon, or the end of the next business day, depending on location. Delivery to remote locations, Hawaii, or Alaska may require additional time. Delivery times are estimates only and Lyne Corp. shall not be liable for delays.

  • Returns & Replacements

    Please follow the guidelines below to ensure that all returns are processed as quickly and efficiently as possible:

    • Contact our Customer Service Department at 858-887-4884 or email contact@lynecorp.com to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions before returning any product.
    • All returns must be in their original packaging and shipped back to the Customer Fulfillment Center from which they originated.
    • Please include a copy of your invoice or packing slip.
    • Claims for discrepancies in shipment must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise or they will not be accepted.
    • Materials returned after 30 days from date of shipment will not be accepted.
    • Altered or etched items will not be accepted.
    • Please inspect your shipment immediately. Any discrepancy or claims for freight damage must be made within 5 days of receipt. Packages not returned within 30 days and/or without and valid RMA number clearly and visibly marked on the outside of the package may be refused. Late returns and incomplete returns will be subject to restocking fees.
  • Ordering

    Net 30 days on approved open accounts from date of Invoice. In addition to open accounts, we also accept Cash, Check and most major credit cards. Lyne has multiple payment / billing options.

    Order online 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Orders entered after 5:00 pm PST will be promptly processed the next business day. In stock products will be shipped the same day your order is processed. Should you need help while placing an order, representatives are available to provide immediate online assistance from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST, Monday through Friday.

  • Payment, Pricing & Promotions

    Product: Prices and charges in this catalog are effective upon publication (or immediately when displayed on our website) and are subject to change without notice. All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to pass on any surcharges or impose purchase restrictions or limits at any time. Prices and availability may vary at branch locations.

    Charges: All orders are subject to applicable shipping, freight, taxes and processing charges. Shipping charges for ground service on all stocking orders are determined by using a flat rate table that is based on the combined weight of all items on the order. There are no additional charges for split shipments on Lyne stocking orders. This simplified table approach gives Lyne the ability to quote freight at the time of the order. Flat table charges are intended to approximate Lyne's average cost to process and ship a package of similar weight characteristics. Shipping charges for non-stocking orders and premium shipping services will be subject to the carrier's published rates. In some cases, shipping charges may be less than or greater than Lyne's actual cost to process and ship. We do not have a minimum order requirement.

  • Viewing Orders

    By creating an account with our store, you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders in your account and more. Please type your email address and password to login. This will allow you to review your previous orders and access certain other pages. If you do not have an account, you may create a new one during the checkout process of your first order.
